The (un)veiled Gaze

Interactive, tactile and sound installation

Selected as part of the projects associated with the NUIT BLANCHE The (un)veiled Gaze is a work that proposes to question the neurological phenomenon of synesthesia. It invites us, through gesture and touch, to discover a sonic landscape of which the image of a human body constitutes both the vehicle and the geography.

Cécile Bouillot will deliver two performances based on her latest project in which she stages sentences captured in the street since 2020, punctuated by interludes based on everyday gestures set to music by Brigande. Through the prism of a kaleidoscopic narrative, Cécile Bouillot proposes with humour and poetry to confront us with the chirping of the world.
