From January 16th, 2014, Memory of the Future will inaugurate the second part of the manifestation - PHOTO MARKS-PAINTING MARKS - VIDEO MARKS - devoted to the state of the arts & vision of artists from the Middle East, building a dialogue between works by Palestinian and Israelis.
PHOTOS MARKS brought together five Israeli photographers Meir Racokz Shai Saul, Tamar Hirschl Sima Ariam and Gabriel Malamud next to the videos of Samara Shbat , Ruba Hamdan , Abed Abadi and Farid Abu Shakra.
On the 16th of January untill the 17th of February 2014, the Exhibit PAINTING MARKS brings together 28 ARAB PALESTINIANS painters from Israel, members of the IBDAA union of Arab Artists Association, next to the VIDEO MARKS by ISRAELI FILM MAKERS: Eyal Sivan , Yulie Cohen and Hanna Ben- Haim Yulzari .
This exhibit is an inventory of the vision of the artists on their personal & general situation as Israeli & Arabs- Palestinians artists in Israel.
IBDAA - union of Arab artists - is a structure that brings together Arab -Palestinian- Israelis artists using various mediums such as painting , sculpture , photography , new media ...
IBDAA was formed in 1995 after years of discussion between intellectuals, artists , poets, journalists ... to assess and to affirm the contemporary modernism of Arab -Palestinians artists & society in Israel .
The Palestinian art is heavily influenced by the culture, history & social situation of each artist , and reflects their hopes and dreams .

La galerie Mémoire de l’Avenir présente à partir du 16 janvier 2014 la deuxième partie de son exposition consacrée à l’art au Moyen Orient, faisant dialoguer des œuvres d’artistes palestiniens et israéliens.
Après Photos Marks, qui rassemblait les cinq photographes israéliens Meir Racokz, Shai Saul, Tamar Hirschl Sima Ariam et Gabriel Malamud, et les vidéastes palestiniens Samara Shbat, Ruba Hamdam, Abed Abadi et Farid Abu Shakra, la galerie est très heureuse de présenter Painting Marks/ Video Marks du 16 janvier au 17 février 2014. A cette occasion, les toiles de 28 artistes palestiniens de l’IBDAA union of arab artists sont exposées, en regard avec les films des vidéastes israéliens Eyal Sivan, Yulie Cohen et Hanna Ben-Haim Yulzari.
Il s’agit de dresser un état des lieux de la vision qu’ont les artistes de leur quotidien, de la vie en Israël Palestine.
IBDAA est une structure qui regroupe des artistes palestiniens utilisant des médiums variés, tel que la peinture, la sculpture, la photographie, les nouveaux médias...
Elle s’est constituée en 1995 après des années de discussion entre intellectuels, artistes, poètes, journalistes...
IBDAA est née d’un constat, celui de la situation particulière dans laquelle se trouvent les artistes arabes vivant au sein de l’Etat d’Israël.
Elle a pour but d’être le porte-parole du mouvement de la société palestinienne et de faire reconnaitre son importance en tant que société culturelle moderne à part entière. Elle est le résultat d’une réflexion sur les problématiques de la vie des palestiniens en territoire israélien.
L’art palestinien et Israélien, très influencé par la situation sociale culturelle et historique de chacun, est aussi le reflet des espoirs et des rêves des artistes.
